Willie's Grill & Icehouse

Placed a to go order over the phone. My order was ready very quickly. The staff I encountered when I picked up my order were very nice, cheerful and helpful. When we opened up our order at home we discovered missing food. I called the restaurant. spoke to the manager who was very apologetic . She remade our entire order and had it delivered to my home. I would have been satisfied with just the missing food. She went above and beyond to give GREAT customer service!! Also, the food was wonderful.

This location is one of two that I have gone to several times over the past few years. Normally when I go, this place is pretty okay. The way the service is set up is weird. You order at the counter and then the waiter takes the rest of your order. Seems incredibly inefficient and just a weird setup. This past visit, the waitress seemed to be irritated with our table even though we were incredibly kind and happy. When it came time to pay, the offer they had for the teachers of the district was not rung up properly, and she seemed really grumpy at having to change it, even though we were nice about asking about the offer. It was just a little weird to have a discount and then have the person that is serving you be irritated that she would have to give you the said discount. Food was good, service this past time was not normal.

I've been here a few times and their food is pretty good. The staff always seems friendly and on point. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because one time we ordered food to go and by the time we got home (I live like 5 minutes away) the burgers were super soggy, kinda gross. Other than that, the food if you eat there, is pretty good.
