Fuddruckers Tidwell

In my humble opinion, a Fudruckers burger is simply the BEST burger in the city. It's the set up that sets them apart from other burger joints. They don't start cooking it til you pay for it, they bake the buns in-house, the produce is fresh, simple, and I can add them myself while I'm there--so the burger is always fresh, hot, and exactly what I want. We've frequented this location (in our community) for years and we've always enjoyed our visits. I was disappointed to drive up about a week or so ago (10/5/23) and not see a soul in the parking lot, and a sign that read "Closed temporarily." My fingers are crossed that they'll be back soon.

Hadn't had a meaty hamburger for a while, so I just had to stop by. I was not disappointed...what a thrill! Got a 2/3 lb hamburger with pepper jack cheese and grilled onions & and mushrooms, then finished decking it out with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and all the mayo and mustard I could pile on.... 😋 👌 😀

Thank you Katerra for taking care of this disabled Veteran with my discount. Your great smile was well received too. Your store was really clean and cool. Now for the food I had some amazingly good chicken strips that came out nice and hot. The beer batter that they are made with was awesome. They have a lot of chicken and not overly battered. The onion rings and fries were really good and seasoned just right. In closing we enjoyed some good chocolate chip cookies too.

Stopped by this location while passing back thru Houston. The location was very clean, and the person who waited on us at the counter was very polite and professional. Food was not great but was pretty good. The jalapeno cheese sauce was really watery (almost as if it was mixed wrong). Still the eating experience was pretty good, easy to get to and get right back on 290. Location was not busy at all, we enjoyed our visit!
