Cliff's Hamburger Grill

I just had a regular bacon cheeseburger. Before today I thought Miller’s on Shepherd was king. Nope. This was the best burger I’ve ever had. Hands down. I didn’t even want to drink anything after finishing. I didn’t want to ruin the bliss that was going on in my mouth. I’m about to get fat and be broke if every burger tastes like that.

Food was made to order and staff was super friendly. Clean restaurant and food was delicious. The burger was seasoned to perfection and I love the shredded cheese. Meat to bun ration was the best I've had in the city. We will be back. Also I couldn't finish the burger. Great portion size so I get to eat it again for lunch.

This is a great burger joint. I had the cheeseburger because you can’t go wrong. The Atmosphere is good calming and I got my food not long after ordering. Will definitely be going back again regularly. The service is as good as well, the staff and people are friendly the business is very inviting! Try this place out!

I really love Cliff's hamburgers. They are always served fresh, piping hot and delicious! The topping are always perfect too. Service is great and the restaurant is clean. I'm not a fan of their fresh cut fries. I need to get a different item next time. There's a slight upcharge, but it would be worth it. They have a full menu, inlcuding fried okra, loaded baked potatoes, BBQ sandwiches, chicken fingers, salads and more! They don't mess around. Will be back to try more items.

AWESOME place. Family owned. Great people. FANTASTIC BURGERS. One of the BEST burger places in Houston. Actually one of the BEST burgers ANYWHERE on the planet. Ridiculously fantastic homemade onion rings and fresh hand cut fries. Chicken fried steak. 🤤 Everything VERY good here. And don't forget to try the fried pickles with homemade ranch dressing, the chili cheese fries and the Murphy Burger. P.S. The burgers are HUGH.

Stopped by for a late lunch today and had a great experience. Went with the classic bacon cheese burger. The burgers are HUGE 1/2lb I think I read. Nice and juicy, didn’t skimp on the bacon. Delish for sure. Also opted for the homemade onion rings. They were massive rings with a delicious coating!! The one caveat is that this place isn’t cheap. And while I respect that good ingredients cost money, and I know everything has gone up in cost - my lunch was $25 for a burger, onion rings, and a drink. So I can’t make dining here a regular option.

One of the best burgers in town! I had the Kobe beef burger and wedge fries and everything was amazing! The staff is very friendly and the ambiance is as nice as you’d expect, you can’t go wrong being in this part of town. Certainly not the cheapest burger but the quality ingredients make it worth every penny!
