i had a great experience at this location. one of my favorites i’ve been to in houston! the hospitality is 10/10. the lady helping serve my table, shauna, was in training and i wouldn’t have even known it. she did amazing and i felt very taken care of. i love the staff here!

Karina always gives us the best service. She is generous and awesome! The burgers are great! We love their swirly mozzarella sticks! The main reason I will continue to come to this Red Robin is because of Karina's positive attitude!

Very solid burger joint. we came around 7:30 on a tuesday and the waiter let us know ahead of time they’re short staffed that night. they still brought the food out at a reasonable time. the onion rings were breaded nicely. the fries are bottomless of course. my bf liked his order. everything was very solid. my chicken sandwhich was yummy and crispy. we will definitely be back.

The food was good. The best part was the service though. I forgot my leftovers and the server came out to bring it to me! I mean my goodness she had already done a great job but to bring the food to my car! It made me feel good that she was so kind.

I wish the prices were a bit lower, but you do definitely get what you pay for. I also wish the burger I got came in a smaller size. I believe our server was new, or I would have given service a lower review as it was slow, and she double rang me for a couple of items. We waited quite some time between sitting and having someone come to take our drink order.
All of that said, the burgers were cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious.

The menu seems to be hit and miss. Milkshakes were awesome but drinks were weak and food is average. Overall a good spot except for the dirty restrooms

Our family went into Red Robin this evening around 7:30pm and we were greeted kindly at the door; then we were promptly seated. Our server Antonia and the Manager, named Joe, were absolutely phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make our experience at Red Robin very memorable. It’s because of these two wonderful generous people, that we will be going back. The best customer service we have ever had. Thank you Antonia and Joe. We appreciate everything you did for our family.
