Starbucks

This location has has been great all through Covid and even better after the manager Sarah came in. Their team is exceptional and if you are ever not satisfied with something, they are very quick to address that and make it right. Because of their openly friendly nature, they earned my business, and their kindness always makes this a pleasurable experience. Give them all a raise! They go the extra mile for their customers.

So today was my first day in a long time to head downtown to work from the office. I entered the building expecting my order to be ready and then realized I had sent my order to a different downtown location. I immediately thought "What a bummer"! I would now have to walk about 5 extra blocks in the cold rain. But they immediately told me not to worry and offered to contact the other store to explain what happened. The staff of 3 quickly made my order...with smiles on their faces! Thank y'all so much! Your staff at the Enterprise building is amazing!!

It's a Starbucks, so all you can really expect to be different from one to another is the staff. I love the staff here, because even if they're overworked from serving office workers high volumes of coffee all day long, they still take the time to get to know you and have a conversation without sacrificing quality or turn-around time.

This store takes up a small part of a much larger building foyer. There's a lot of traffic through in the mornings but there's plenty of sitting space. They have things well organized, so that you place and pay for your order and then as they get finished, they're called aloud by a different staff person, who calls name and item. Very efficient and streamlined. Note that the bathrooms are one floor below. Go down the escalator and then round behind to find the door. One door leads to both types of bathroom.

It's good for the morning people that love to drink coffee. They got all kinds of selections to pick from that's if you like your coffee hot or you all can get it cold. They also have breakfast plates and it's tour choice to get it with coffee or a orange juice. It's a very friendly environment to hang out with friends or just some good time with family members. Come check it out and you will know what am talking about.

This Starbucks location is incorporated into the ground floor of a huge office building. And it is also just right across from Hyatt Regency Houston Hotel. Very conveniently located! The baristas are friendly and got my beverages right. They have everything (both food & beverages) that you find in a typical Starbucks store, including packaged coffee & drinkware. The seating area feels roomy being that it’s in an office building lobby. And they have both single arm chairs, long couches, and dining tables, along with a really long computer table to share with a group. They have good (free) WiFi speed. My only complaint is that there are very few electrical outlets to recharge one’s device. Other than that, it was a pleasant & enjoyable visit.
