Cue's Burgers And More

Small cafe off of Post Oak and Bellfort in SW Houston that sits on the end of a small dated strip center. In business for 35 years and apparently struggling since the COVID lockdown. The prices are very affordable, the food is as good as an 1980's diner and it doesn't appear they've updated or remodeled since the 80's inside or out... which is a shame because driving by, you would miss the place if you weren't looking. The menu selections is a bit overwhelming but I would go back and try other things just to support this small business. If it were me, I'd demand the landlord initiate a face lift on the front to draw attention somehow to the restaurant, modernize the dining area and reduce the menu in half. Their hours are limited but maybe extend them on weekends and add a small outdoor covered deck on the side with a beer & wine license and some kind of soothing water feature to filter out traffic noise. A promo with local schools, hotels close by and office workers wouldn't hurt.

Hello lts me again I'm down here at Cue's Burgers on South Post Oak next to the McDonald's, Mama needs your help to save Cue's. They have a awesome breakfast menu and lunch menu prices are very reasonable and you can get some good service and a very good breakfast in the morning and lunch as well. First time here! Came just before they close and the nice gentleman at the counter politely asked if it was okay for it to be ordered to-go. I ordered the Fish Sandwich (Po-boy) with fries and let me tell you it was AAAH-MAZING!! Nice crisp to the fish and well seasoned fries. Just earned a happy new customer. Thanks Cues Barbecue 🥰

I've been coming to Cue's for years. It's a great restaurant. The breakfast is great and the menu has a ton of variety. The lunch and dinner menus are great too. I really enjoy the french toast or the catfish breakfast. For lunch or dinner, The burgers are really good. You can go wrong here great food and great service.
