Luigi's Restaurant And Pizza

The apetizer bread was hot fresh out of the oven, delicious with olive oil and herbs. The athmosphere was delightful, dim lights, nice background music. The salad was great, the iceberg lettuce crisp, fresh and cool. The house creamy dressing was delicious. I also ordered the fried calamari with marinara. The calamari was soft and mild flavor, very good, not rubbery at all. I ordered the lasagna and it was very good. Overall a great place with very good food. The server, very young fellow, somewhat shy but very attentive.

We dropped in late on a Sat and had a margharita pizza and a peperoni pizza. Both were great. Toppings were fresh. Crust was crispy and had a good chew. My 11yo son said his pizza was almost as good as papa johns, so theres that. He did say luigis peperonis taste a lot better and the cheese and the crust and the sauce were a lot better too. You do the math on that one.

This is a cash preferred location which makes perfect sense bc it’s obviously family owned and operated, a giant plus in my book. The dining room is nice and quiet, there was only one tv on behind the bar and it was showing Food Network on mute while we were there. Definitely a great place for a date. The staff was attentive and even when they weren’t at our tables they could be seen folding silverware into napkins and hand drying glasses! I had probably the best Alfredo I’ve ever eaten and my partners ravioli were obviously handmade with love and care. Could not ask for anything better.
