I stopped at for a bite to eat on a layover from a vacation. I purchased one of their vegetarian wraps with a dressing that was a lime vinaigrette. This was one of the best wraps I've eaten, surprisingly for an airport. The storefront is tucked away on the far end with some other vendors. One suggestion I would have is that you're not able to see very well over the counter so you're trusting that the ingredients are quality without seeing them. It would be much more salable if you could actually see the salad and toppings. That being said the rap was absolutely excellent. I don't even care much for lime vinaigrette dressings, but it was absolutely excellent. I also got the ranch and it tasted like it might be homemade. The wrap itself tasted fresh as well. I was actually craving one of these wraps the next day which is hilarious. If you're flying United and going through Houston and looking for something healthy and satisfying I highly recommend this restaurant. They also have plenty of seating with plugins to charge your devices in between flights. They have plenty of vegan and vegetarian options, as well. This is practically impossible to find at most airports. Give this place a try you will not be disappointed.

Trying to find a reasonably healthy good choice in terminal B is apparently impossible, but I finally settled on this place. The teriyaki bowl is pretty good and filling, although adding the chicken is pretty worthless (it's like three tiny pieces of chicken). Also, kind of strange way to do the dish - all the vegetables are cold and the broccoli is barely steamed, so very crunchy. Rice is hot and drenched in teriyaki at the bottom of the bowl. Cost was pretty reasonable, about $10 which is pretty good for airport fare.
