Panera Bread

I always enjoy the food from Panera but the quick pick up option is disappointing. Two times I have ordered online and when I arrived at the restaurant, they either had lost my order or someone else had picked it up and I had to wait for them to make it again from scratch. Today I ordered from the kiosk and then waited twenty minutes for a "quick" pick up. I had to get up and check each order when it was placed on the shelf because they were not calling out names. When I got home I found they had provided disposable plastic utensils even though I had requested them not to. Why even ask the question if they're going to get stuffed in there regardless of the answer? But as I said the food is fine.

I chose the rapid pick up option. I got the Napa chicken salad half sandwich and bowl of chicken noodle soup with a baguette. After a little bit of a wait I found out they didn’t have the tea I wanted. When they ran out of honey ginseng tea they gave me a close substitute and a free pastry. Awesome service and food was consistent with other Panera

I picked up lunch from this place today. I can’t begin to describe how delicious, fresh and high quality the food was. I ordered a half tuna sandwich, the flatbread pepperoni pizza, Caesar salad, and chips. The pizza was the best I can remember eating. The cheese was so fresh you could almost taste the milk. The sandwich was so tasty, even the chips were surprisingly great. I will definitely be visiting this store again, but not too much. I don’t want to blow up. My food served as two meals, lunch and dinner. Thank you, Panera Bread for caring about your customers.
