The restaurant is very beautiful and clean. Theres was someone on point with refilling our water in this hot weather. I can say the chairs were kinda uncomfortable on the back, I think i messed up having the girls sit in the bench and us on the chairs. But it wasnt a big deal. We started w dynamite shrimp that was perfect. Sweet and spice balanced perfectly! Cinnamonroll ws delicious. It had lemon zest and safe on top of their creamy icing. I couldnt stop eating it but didnt want to get full. I ordered the lobster eggs benedict. It was good but nothing out of this world. Maybe adding lemon butter would have knocked it out..my papa bravas, my hubs and daughters tasted bitter.. my other daughter ordered the stuffed french, Bread had great texture, but I should’ve asked how they make their berry compote because I dont know if they added too much vanilla extract or what but that made it sour and bitter. She ended up leaving it. I tried it & figured out why she didnt care to finish it, and she loves french toast.😬 I also had a pineapple/mango mimosa but sadly didnt receive and pretty garnish like my neighbors did in theirs. I think if you paying for a service like everyone else one should be mindful. Just an observation, I didnt want to say anything right then. I was surprised by a birthday platter and appreciate that gesture as they went out of their way to do that. Even the manager or owner(I didnt ask) came to check in with us to see if everything was ok and treated us like family. As I conclude, I have to now take this time to brag and give a fair shoutout to our server Ms Deija! She went above and beyond and provided excellent hospitality from the start to the end! Thank you for making our experience grand and making my 40th feel extra . 🩷 I still want to give it another try for dinner and show up with my hubs for a date.

Great place with an interesting menu, that will keep us coming back for more. Want to try the wings and some other shareable. Nice atmosphere, good cocktail and beer choices. Got the chicken salad salad with awesome walnuts and apples and gorgonzola cheese. Chicken fried sandwich was juicy. Not a fan of the waffle fries, I would skip and get a different side. Not enough flavor for the calories.

Your beer selection is a bibliophile's library of brews, an intoxicating tapestry woven with hops and barley. The selection is so expansive, I swear I saw an IPA blush at the sight of a stout. As for your outdoor seating, it's the stuff of dreams for sun seekers and dog lovers alike. The swings are a delightful touch of whimsy, the artificial grass a soft carpet underfoot, and the water bowls for Lacy – a symbol of your embracing hospitality. Your menu is a humble homage to the classics. Your burgers, chicken fingers, and fish tacos might not incite culinary revolutions, but they're consistently good – reliable foot soldiers in the battle against hunger. The portions are generous, too, though we do leave with an emptier plate and a slight pang of regret that we have no leftovers for tomorrow. But at the end of the day, Bungalow Heights, you’re the welcoming neighbor on the block. You’re clean, accessible, and always there with a cold beer and a sunny spot. Our cheers to you, old friend. Your four stars for food are eclipsed by the five stars we give for your heart.

Plenty of parking to choose from once you get there. Service is a bit slow. Make sure you look at the menu before you go to speed up the time. their frozen screwdrivers are the best. They are also a good price. The steak and potato dinner on Thursdays is pretty good. if you like burgers, I would go on a Wednesday. All the burgers are half off. their sweet potato french fries are very good.

Great staff, great vibe, the place is so underrated. I remote work here during the day a lot. Such a chill atmosphere and friendly staff. Don’t be afraid to ask a waitress for something, they let people chill and do their thing. The huge chicken tenders are highly recommended. Monday - $.75 cent wings (11- 7pm) Tuesday- $ 2ish Tacos (11-7pm) Wednesday- half off burgers (11-10pm) Thursday- steak night (I think)

Nice atmosphere. Spacious...Met friends who were looking to watch the UT game, but apparently did not know this was an Ole Miss bar. Good showing of Ole Miss fans. Saw the group brought stickers and Ole Miss coogies...I really enjoyed the boneless chicken wings which the buttermilk gravy complimented.

We came here for some lunch snacks and drinks. Can't share the negative reviews. We had a nice table outside under a tree. The waitress was pleasant and eager to assist. The food was great (we had avocado sandwiches, nachos, fries and frozen lemonades). Everything was served quickly and with a smile. Too bad we didn't get a chance to check it out during evening hours. We will sure be back next time we're in Houston.
