No frills. Just very nice people serving delicious, simple, old school Chinese food. Haven’t been since I left the neighborhood. Stopped here today! Miss this place!!! Can’t wait to be around these parts again. Parking is tight when the shopping center is busy, but there’s plenty of street parking.

I am a big Chinese food person because I’m from up north. The food is very good. Probably the best you will get out here in Houston to authentic Chinese. I really like the chef spin on the dishes. I got the general tso chicken, beef fried rice and wings and everything was a 9/10. I would really like for them to get the Chinese hot sauce in the packs for their wings and a beef egg roll. I’ll be trying my favorite the sweet and sour next time. I recommend Chef Hunan Bo.

Hunan Bo is a hidden mom and pop Chinese restaurant turning out great classic takeout at super low prices.
The sesame chicken had a great crunchy texture and a nice sweet sauce to satisfy that sauce covered chicken and rice urge. The beef and broccoli was tasty and very tender. The brown sauce was simple but good. The eggroll and fried rice are pretty standard and good.
You can easily eat here for less than $10 per person and leave full. Completely recommend it.

I love this place. Family run and very straight to the point and simple - they serve good quality Chinese food. There are no extra frills inside. A dozen or so tables inside to eat there, but most of their business is to-go. Hard working people who care. Every dish I've had there is good, some are great. Wonton soup is good too. Nice, dark flavorful broth. My favorite might be the jalapeño wings though. Only because you can't get them like this anywhere. They're perfect.

This is such a wonderful no frills delicious mom and pop restaurant in the heights. The #57 spicy beef is so full of flavor abd comfort food for me. The owner is such a sweet lady. Love it here when I'm the mood for saucy comfort food

This has to be the best Chinese restaurant I have ever been to. Always a good atmosphere, amazing prices, great service, soup and tea that will heal and save you life in any mood! Amd for the old school Houstonians...They are a Marvin Zindler Blue Ribbon Award Winner. I literally just walk in and ask to be surprised with a new dish each time. Nothing has ever been anything short of phenomenal!

Best hole in the wall Chinese restaurant on this side of town. Not too greasy, and delicious flavor. My go to for my classic chinese food!! They are fast and super nice! The general tso's chicken was very crispy. Large portions.
