Bullritos

I had a wonderful experience. I had a burrito that I was gonna share with my daughter and had requested salsa on the side, by mistake they put salsa in it, however, what impressed me about the service is that the gentleman whose name I did not catch, swiftly apologized and told me that they would quickly fix their mistake, when I asked him where I should put the other burrito he told me that I should keep it and he would make a burrito for my daughter at no charge. Although I like free like anybody else, I appreciate more the professionalism and devotion that this man showed. Viva Cololombia, at. Nacholicious.

Bullritos is the definition of customer service! My experience with this establishment has been satisfactory. After a bad run with Uber Eats left me lunchless, the store manager took it upon himself to fulfill my order on the house! I will be visiting Bullritos more often and recommending them to anyinr and everyone.

Good food and great service! I come here at least 3 times a month.l, and EVERY time I get a warm welcome! The gentleman at the counter is always smiling and great with every customer. I made the mistake of going the bullritos in Memorial and the whole time wished I just waited till I was back on my side of town to come to this location! I would give this location 10 stars if I could! Great Job! I will always come to this location!!! :)

Excellent experience. They had great 80s/90s music which is totally my jam. They don't even have a kids menu but they still had a changing table in the ladies room which is more than I can say about a lot of other restaurants. I was super hungry and couldn't even finish my Bullrito™ because it was so big. I'll be going back.

Always a good eat. Don't think there is a bad thing on the menu. Portion sizes are perfect for me as I always feel obligated to clean my plate because as I am sure you have all heard, there are starving children in Indiana, or was that Illinois? Anyways one of the few places that I could literally eat at every day, ingredients are fresh and I never end up with that feeling like I just ate restaurant food. But don't say I didn't warn you about their margaritas, they are a guaranteed headache.
