Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

We ordered a box meal, a 3 piece combo and they forgot to give us our bread with the meals, so when I went and asked them for our bread they were insisting that we had gotten them so I brought our bread less meals to the counter for them to see it for them selves and the cook in the back was giving us a hard time about correcting her mistake. After dealing with 2 different people and bout 10min later they finally gave us our bread. I asked to speak to the manager (Sabrina) and she was so super nice and very apologetic and said she would talk to the cook and even gave us a gift card for our next visit. Thank you Sabrina for turning our lunch experience from a not so good one to a great one!

I ordered from the drive thru as I had a meeting to get to, ended up sitting in the parking lot to eat. The food was smelling so good, and I love their fries 🍟 😋!!! My food was hot, the tenders were crisp, and Coleslaw was delicious, and I had to have their Arnold Palmer tea. Took my time to eat and savor the flavor...still made it on time to my meeting. Some food tastes so much better when you take your time to enjoy it!!!

Baby these fingers was so damn juicy and crispy. I got there RIGHT before they closed the lobby. My boy at the counter already know what time I was on so he hooked me up, made sure I had the saucy sauce sauce. Baby when I tell u everything came up fresh like Grandma's Sundays dinner. Finger licking good baby. And it was just as fresh and clean inside. The bathroom was on point, i had my lil toilet paper and tht good smelling hand soap too. Oh yes one time for RCC!!

Just like every other location that I have visited, this Raising Cane's restaurant is located right off of I-10 and is always ranked with 5 stars across the board. From cleanness to their oh so very tender and juicy chicken strips which melt in your mouth! But today the main reason for my review is to praise them on their ICE! Yes, I do believe that Cane's has beaten Sonic in the ice wars. For you ice eaters out there you know what I mean. I do believe that Cane's ice is better, softer and the best bet is that it's FREE!! That's right you can go into Cane's with your own cup, jug, cooler (in my case lol) and filler up for FREE! Sonic on the other hand does not provide that service much less a refill on ice even with a purchased meal. So hats off to Cane's for providing the ice eating customers a wonderful extra service of kindness.

I ordered at the drive thru at midnight during the week. I was happy they're open late. The service was great. They told me it would be approximately a 5 minute wait. When I got my food, it was hot and fresh. My order was correct. The chicken fingers are small. After going on for a 10 mile hike, I needed calories. The franchise needs to offer slightly larger chicken fingers. Would I go back to this location? Absolutely! Great service was the highlight of my visit.

Loved this location. Friendly staff, great ambiance, and classic Cane’s experience. Tight situation for parking though - not a lot of spots and the drive through line dominates the outside gravel. It’s right off I-10 and gets really packed at peak times around lunch and dinner. They support local causes through fundraising and signs of support in the store. Great place to stop for lunch.
