Talk about a blast from the past. When I saw the shop my daughter said my eyes lit up like I had won the lottery. Well I’m old school and grew up on Baskin Robbins and you don’t see them that frequently (at least I don’t). After she had her double scooped cookies/cream waffle cone she could better relate. We were so caught up sitting outside on the pink bench we failed to take pictures - but no worries as we’re going back this weekend 😁

recently had a fantastic experience at Baskin Robbins, and I wanted to share my thoughts in this review . What really made my visit special was the exceptional customer service I received from one of the employees. The employee went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. They took the time to answer my questions about the different flavors and helped me decide which ones to try. They even offered me samples to make sure I was happy with my choices. What really impressed me was when I mentioned that it was my friend's birthday, and I wanted to get them a cake. The employee took the time to ask me about my friend's favorite flavors and suggested some cake options that they thought my friend would love. They even offered to write a special message on the cake to make it more personal. Overall, I was blown away by the exceptional service I received at Baskin Robbins. The employee who assisted me went above and beyond to ensure that I had an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for delicious ice cream and exceptional customer service.
