Frencheys Chicken

04.03.2023 Seriously...this is the only one I trust to get it right. If im anywhere close, I've gotta stop in. They cook the chicken just right. Oooh wee and hot out the grease..yum...yum goid! 12.04.22 Still delicious, hot and fresh! Everytime! 11.2022 This French's is always hopping! Fresh hot chicken everytime and the young man on the register is always a joy- upbeat, courteous, and professional. Their prices are a bit high but if buying in bulk, it's reasonable. Since I'm buying for 1, it's expensive. I just get a couple of waaaangs :). Their rolls are good but I don't get them. They are tiny and grossly overpriced! But they can always get a piece of money out of me because the quality, taste, and service are always on point! Oh and another positive note: it seems they have listened to folks and stop trying to give folks high blood pressure 🙄. The last two times I noticed that the chicken is salted perfectly!!! For years, I loved their chicken but always felt it was waaay too salty. They've got it down and just right now. Great chicken recipe...kudos!!! Keep up the great work. I haven’t been to this location in years (before Covid). Everything is still delicious! Everything was hot & fresh. Customer service was great. The only thing I didn’t like was the French fries….too much salt and tasted like they were overcooked. I just noticed they are cheaper than Popeyes. I will be coming back when I have a taste for some of the best fried chicken in Houston!

We ordered some chicken from Frenchy's 'cause we remembered how good it was. The 8 piece chicken with one creole side was very good.....the collard greens were tasty....the chicken was spot on, i preferred the wings, drum sticks and thighs....the breast pieces were kind of dry, like most places. It came with fries and cornbread, both of which were good. We'll be back for more.
