I love their happy hour from 2 to 4. I can always go in and get drinks. Doing that time they take a dollar off of the the large drinks so I love going there and it's convenient is in the neighborhood. They have closed down as of 2-21. I hate it to.

Love this place!!!! In a sketchy area but the food and drinks don't disappoint. I've tried their banh mi, spring rolls, vermicelli bowls and a few of their drinks-- all good. The girls behind the counter are really friendly, welcoming and accommodating. No complaints.

Like the lid tops here.
They’re not the thin plastic wrap that you have to develop a special technique to punch the straw throw.
And then once you get the straw in, watch has the drinks seeps over the top.
These are better IMO.

Great customer service and exceptional drinks. My favorite drink is the taro smoothie with tapioca, it’s always made to perfection! Highly recommend this location. It’s my only go to for tapioca treats :)

I love the tapioca smoothies from here! I'm always fully satisfied when I try new flavors too! I have tried their egg rolls before as well and they're really good! 10/10

I love this place and the friendly staff. I only get the bbq pork banh mi because that's my favorite. And theirs is excellent. They recently moved the counter back, making the dining room bigger and the smaller space behind the counter more intimate. It's very family friendly with toys and games.
Also it doesn't hurt that the staff are cute.
All it needs is Pocky sticks again...

Friendly place, friendly employees. Good food, tasty drink, quick service. The atmosphere is nice, not too busy, not too quiet. It's an okay place to do your school homework, but they only have one plug for the customer.

The drinks are very good especially the mango one. The staff is friendly and always paying attention to you. The price for a large smoothie drink is cheap compared to other places. Totally recommend in a hot day

The area it's located is near a school, so you'll see a lot of high school kids. The service is great though, they always welcome you with a smile. I usually get a sandwich and a smoothie. I especially love their happy hour, 2pm-5pm, $1 off a large smoothie or slushy!
