Gorditas Aguascalientes

I feel at home with my people. Not to mention the best gorditas in Houston in my opinion. It makes me happy to see different types of ethnicity go in to this tiny and very narrow but yet an enormous of heart business to eat our cultural food. I guess us indigenous people love the closeness of family and friends under one roof.

We got there and the place is super packed. There is barely any room to eat they have a this really small aisle where people sit and eat. So if you're going to get together with friends it's not a good place. They barely even ask you if you need anything else and when they do it's seems like they want to hurry you out. They give you a number to the order but don't even explain that you have to go to the front and pay. Food was really good though. Would definitely go back for the food. The aguas frescas we're also really good.

this is my favorite place to get some authentic Gorditas. However, if you come here on a Sunday morning, be prepared to wait a long time because it’s always packed. The food is incredibly good even though it’s a bit costly. They also do have a small store next-door where you can find a lot of Mexican food and snacks. Such a cute little spot to go with the family.

The service is phenomenal, and the food is incredible. All flavors of authentic Aguas frescas. With a wide variety of traditional taqueria antojitos (cravings). Management goes beyond and above to keep staff and guests happy. By far, my personal favorite place is to enjoy Mexican food. Low on the atmosphere due to it being a small bar with a huge volume of guests.

Went in and picked up some chicken and beef fajitas for a cookout and the marinade on both of them were delicious. While I was there I picked up a chicken Torta and it was the bomb. Paid about 7 dollars dollars for the torta, and the fajitas were running around 11 dollars a pound. Don't expect a lot of room to eat if you dine in. Orders came out very quick! Parking is very tight!

This place is so good! Gorditas are a must try here. Their tacos and tortas are delicious as well. They are super quick with your food and service is great. There might be a bit of a wait but so worth it. The aguas frescas are all natural cant go wrong with any of them but my favorite is the horchata. Been here 3 times and every time its just as good!
