Chang's Chinese Restaurant

I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The cheese crab puffs were delicious and the house special fried rice and nice lomain were packed with flavor. The seating arrangements were neat and clean, adding to the overall ambiance. The waitress was very cooperative and made the experience memorable. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for great food and attentive service.

I had the Mongolian Triple special (pictured) and it came with the entrée, rice, an egg roll, and a small soup. It was a really good amount of food for the price. The food came out quickly and was hot and delicious, very flavorful without being over saturated with sauce like some places do. The service was great too, very friendly and prompt. I truly don’t understand the negative reviews, but I enjoyed this place and will be back soon.

Location: it is conveniently located in a strip mall right next to an urgent care center. Atmosphere: it looks like your typical Chinese restaurant. The floors are clean and the furniture was clean. The utensils were clean. Price: an average meal will cost about $15-$16 per person with tax and tip. ($12-$13 without tax and tip) Portions and quality: the portions are average, the quality of food was very good. We had the garlic eggplant with beef, chicken, and shrimp. The flavor was outstanding. Friendliness of staff: the staff was less than enthusiastic. They did not make any small talk. Only asked what we wanted to order. They made sure our drinks were filled and that our questions were answered if we had any. It took them approximately 4 to 5 minutes before they came to our table to take their order. Speed: from the minute we ordered to the minute we received our food it took about 14 to 15 minutes. Overall: we were very pleased with this experience and we will definitely come back again. I felt that the quality was very good even though the staff do not appear to be very enthusiastic.
