Luna Pizzeria

Wonderful tasting pizza both the pepperoni and the spicy andouille pizza were delicious. We were very surprised with the taste and quality. We’re able to set aside some as left overs also on the same day! This was a take out order and first time trying Luna Pizza. After this experience I am taking the family out to visit the location. Thanks for the great attention to detail and making lunch an enjoyable experience!

This is probably the best pizza I've had in Houston. Had a thin crust pizza with half and half of margarita and veggie pizza. Excellent base sauce. Absolutely love this place!. This place has board games too and a good collection of beer. They have fresh lemonade there with an option of adding lemon, lime and mint in it. The tiramisu was one of the better ones I've had. They also have multiple board games. I was a little disappointed with the quality of olive oil but I feel the pizzas don't even need it. 100% fav pizza spot now.

Ordered a large "Build your own" pizza online. As a topping, I took almost everything. Mushroom, Red Pepper, Kalamata Olives, Spinach, Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Sun-Dried Tomato, Whipped Ricotta, Chicken, Meatballs, Bacon, and Sopressata. The pizza was good. But to be fair, I ordered it before coming home and it took a while for me to reach home. So, it became cold. I tried to make the pizza warm, but couldn't fully enjoy the flavors as reheating didn't restore its original essence. My Mistake!!

Pizza amore looks like this! Happy to introduce family member to one of my favorite Houston pizzas! Luna Pizzeria on Westheimer has a special spot in my heart. I would drive over all masked up at the height of the pandemic because I craved the pepperoni pizza on sourdough crust! I also like the margarita pizza. They also have the best salads to compliment the outstanding pizza. My favorite is the chopped salad with iceberg, romaine, red cabbage, sopressata, artichoke hearts, Kalamata olives, provolone, grape tomatoes, red onions, carrots and cucumbers tossed in their magic vinaigrette. They also serve up a plate with sliced cheese, basil and red pepper for the pizza—loved this delicious detail. The iced tea is strong and I mixed an Arnold Palmer with the lemonade. I noticed soup and desserts on the menu but I’m all about pizza at Luna’s. Lunch special selections and prices are such a great deal. The staff is attentive and the restaurant well designed. It was the first time I dined there since the pandemic. We’re going to check out the Kirby and Heights locations.

Luna Pizza never fails to disappoint! Quality pies with fresh ingredients, and comes out fast. Prices are fair and the pizza is delicious! Don't miss out on the 1/2 price Mondays, they are an incredible deal. Make sure to call ahead for takeout though as it gets very busy on Mondays. Vibe: modern, low-light, cozy restaurant with lots of seating and parking out front. Good for large parties. Service: Excellent! Always very nice and helpful. One time on a busy Monday night, our pizza took a little longer than they estimated and they gave us free cookies as compensation - not necessary but a nice touch that we really appreciated. Food: Amazing! Pizzas are loaded with toppings and the ingredients taste fresh. When we dined in, they provided fresh oregano and shaved parmesan. We've tried the pepperoni, Margherita, and mushroom pizzas. The pepperoni are little bombs of flavor, and the cheese pull on all these pies is great. Mushrooms on that pie are super savory and fresh too. The whipped ricotta is fantastic, and we pretty much add it onto any pizza we get because it's so good.

I think this is my favorite big chain pizza. I love the amount of toppings, the crust is always good, it’s just all around good pizza. They have a little candy bowl of this candy that I have to get every flavor every time I come in. People always seem nice and just normal people. It has to be a good place to work. Keep making good pizza.
