Chipotle Mexican Grill

I used to love coming to this chipotle, but the service and the quality of food has just gone downhill. Every time I have ordered chicken, it's like it is 70% cartilage. Same with the steak. Super disappointing and a huge waste of money. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location. They are also always suuuuper dirty. Food all over the floor all the time.

Food was good 10/10 BUT the line was long I think corporate has to do something about online orders why do they have to do on-lines on main line I was there for half hour. Then I just have to say this the girl with the freckles she is so nice an accident happened today and i really hope nothing is said to her because it wasn’t her fault. A random customer started yelling at her saying she had an attitude when she never did customer told her shes not paying for that bowl because she wanted more meat when she clearly didn’t wanted to pay for triple meat , so the employee closed the bowl and put it on the side calmly and the customer said that she wasn’t done so she opened up the bowl and finished it and then the customer started arguing over price etc. didn’t end up buying anything (hope she doesn’t bother employees again) god bless that poor girls soul she ignored all the insulting. SHE DESERVES AN APOLOGY

Sept. 2023: Great bowls with your choice of vegetables - or have meat and veggies. Two veggie bowls were ordered Monday; the second one tasted just as good a day later (photo attached) and the food was fresh. Don't let the server cheat with a heavy handed serving of rice or beans in your bowl 😅 - get more grilled veggies or guac instead...

Ordered on the app for pickup. Ordering was fairly simple. My order was ready on time and sitting on a rack with other orders. The problem was that because of the cheap cardboard food containers, the containers and the bag were dripping all over. That said, I can't complain about the food, the portions, or the fairly reasonable prices.

This Chipotle is nuts. Every time I've come during lunch there is crowds of people in the line and equal amounts of online orders. Even through all of that they are able to crank people out on both ends. Food is great, exactly what I expect from Chipotle and the same each and every time. They do a great job here but be weary of the crowds.

Hands down my FAVORITE #Chipotle location in the #Houston area! Every time I pickup or dine-in at this location the manager(s) & staff are friendly & on top of it! (and this is a pretty busy location!) Personally, want to say THANK YOU! It’s been kind of rough during these COVID times and you all really do make a difference! Many blessings! - #MissKatMoon
