Taqueria Arandas

Service was great. Staff were friendly and smiling. Food was served promptly, restaurant was clean. Rice was not as flavorful as the Mexican restaurants I'm accustomed to. Onions in my burrito has slight smell of sour or spoiled and the chimichaunga shell was soft and doughy rather than crispy. I went at closing time so maybe better during daytime but will try them again another time since there can be a bad day anywhere.

They really stepped their game up! I used to work at that Walmart next door a few years ago and would often have Aranda’s for lunch. They are MUCH better now. Some of the best taco meats around. Fajita, pastor and barbacoa were all great! Like best in the whole area great! The only negative is no roasted salsa. They only have fresh salsa and green. Minor inconvenience but the food is top notch.

On my Quest to find the perfect Chilaquiles, I stopped at this place. The place is great to dine in and have lots to choose from the menu, however my target was to try the “Chilaquiles”. The waitress gave me a couple of options such red or green, melted or fresh cheese, and the option of a side meat. So, I ordered red chilaquiles with fresh cheese. The outcome was great (even when the red chilaquiles were not red -the only red was the tomatoes on the salsa-). Anyway they were crispy right with an awesome flavor, they were spicy but, just spicy enough to keep you engaged on the meal. Loved it. Also I need to highlight the great service, the staff is so good that they keep checking on you all the time…. Highly recommended this place.
