Perfect late night snack, but wait for the heartburn. I got their huge fajita baked potato, which was impossible to finish. Didn't rate a five stars because the food was super greasy, and its over priced. Don't forget to ask them to prepare your baked potato all the way or they will simply put cheese and meat.

There was no wait to place order. Food came out quickly. They forgot to give us one of our food items but they were quick to rectify that.

This is the most delicious food I have had in Houston or Texas and I'm 44 years old. Everyone is so nice. Atmosphere, food, and staff are awesome.

The food was great! The place looked clean, but the only negative I have is that all the employees at the registers were all on their phones. So when I walked in to get my to go order, I wasn't greeted/acknowledged until I spoke to someone. The lady that rang me up was nice, and the lady who brought my food was also nice. Even though it was a short interaction. It was a bit of a drive for me, but I would probably come back because the food is very good.

The tacos al vapor are delicious.
(You used to have to get there early on a weekend to get them, but now they are available all day! Yay!)
They have many other things on the menu: the tacos dorados are also a favorite of mine.
Try the variety pack of the tacos al vapor. They are similar to the tacos de canasta that you may find from the street vendors in Mexico: soft, fatty, and delectable.

I only started really going to this place somewhat recently, maybe a month ago as of this post, but I love my Mexican food, and I really love Monterey styled food. A bit out of the way compared to other places but absolutely worth the money and definitely worth coming back for more. They've got tacos, enchiladas, gorditas, even baked potatoes.

If you're looking for delicious authentic tacos that isn't a food truck, but indoors this is the place to go. Personally, if the restaurant is filled with natives then you're in the right place. Other than the owner(?) most do not speak English, however the servers are very understanding and patient with additional orders. Overall the place has amazing vibes, especially at 1AM in the morning. I highly recommend checking this place out.
