Food is always fresh, and they aren't stingy on the sauces. Never had a problem with the customer service.

Okay it's McDonald's. However this McDonald's is very close to the Beltway and if you need to stop somewhere and use the Wi-Fi maybe grab a coffee or a drink or something it's very convenient it's pretty nice. It is not usually inundated with folks who are needing your financial assistance. So as McDonald's goes this is probably my favorite one in Houston

Excellent service except for this staff named JOHANNA. She is lousy, rude, has attitude, unfriendly, mean, unkept and lousy. Both of my experiences with her has been horrible because of the way she talks to customers. She is the reason for 4stars rather than the 5stars.
They don't seem to have their fries fresh and many at times the packs are always half filled!

I was not given the correct dessert. My son asked at the window if they had blueberry muffins and he was told yes. Apparently, the employees didn't listen and put some sort of cinnamon dessert in the bag. I was disappointed and threw it away. Normally, I get better service at this location.

I've never been inside, only used the drive-thru. But they are quick and courteous. So far, they have never made a mistake on my order.

Was disappointed that the drink machines in the lobby weren't working so had to go the front counter when my nephew and I wanted to refill our drinks. Told one of the employees that the urinal in the men's room was leaving and there was a good amount of water on the floor. He didn't seem too alarmed by it for a few moments before he eventually went to check it out. 3.5 out of 5 stars on my visit here on Mon 6/5/2023.

I placed a mobile order. I was not acknowledged or welcomed. I went to the restroom. When I came back and stood at the counter, I still was not acknowledged, welcomed, or even asked if I wanted to place an order. My fries were hot and delicious.
