This place is so ghetto! The young drive through girl in evening shift, RUDE! I asked for a cup of ice water & willing to pay. She yelled out "ummm! We don't be giving out water & ice!" as I'm at drive thru. So, I let her know I do not drink sodas.. she again said "we don't give out water & ice dang!" I asked to speak to a manager as I approached the window. She refused to assist me with a manager & turned up the volume on her music from her cell phone. I literally wanted to cancel my order.. but I'd already paid. I have never had a problem in the day time, the Hispanic ladies are sweet! & great customer service. This location needs better staff in evening shift. They seem to NOT be supervised! & need better training. It was a glass of ice water & I was willing to pay! Ridiculous! Will not be going back to this location!

The little funny looking girl, working the drive that attended Westbury High, acted as if she had just been beamed down to earth. I ordered 7 items and asked for a handful of Hot sauces. She put 4 in the bag, upon checking, I asked for more. She picked up 5 more. I usually put 3 sauces on each item, but she was issuing them ss if they were her very own. The meat in my Doritos Los Tacos was tepid at best. Thanks to Little Miss Stingy working the drive through, I won't be back. I'll return to the one 13 miles from me near Gringos on 59 near Kirkwood.
