Starbucks

This was my first visit to this Starbucks and I’m certainly glad I visited. It opened early. At 4:33am there were already 4 cars in front of us in the drive through. I only went for a Pink Drink and it was just perfect. Recently I’ve been served pale, anemic looking drinks at other stores but this one was exceptional. I didn’t go in so have no idea about the atmosphere and I ordered no food so I really can’t write about that either but the drink I had was perfect!

I just wanted to highlight some super starts at your Height’s location. In a day and age where customer service is dead. It’s very much alive at the Houston Heights location. I wanted to take time and thank you all for hiring great people like Saaji, DJ, and Gennis. They understand that every dollar counts in the tough economy, and they handle each guest's situation with such love and care. I am thankful for them, and they allow me to make room in my budget to buy overpriced coffee happily; they make it worth it. Lastly, George remembers me by name. He always greets me; he remembers minor details of my life that we chat briefly about. As a former Restaurant Training Manager (8 years), George takes great pride in his work, and it shows no matter how busy they are, he’s always helping out and ensuring every interaction goes well. I am thankful to see leaders like George helping and interacting with employees and customers. You’ve got something special going’s at the Heights location. My family and I are thankful for this fantastic team.
