I had the opportunity to dine at Harold's Shrimp and Chicken recently, and I must say, the food was absolutely amazing! I decided to try the 4 wings with the Chicago sauce, and it was a delightful choice. The flavors were rich and the wings were cooked to perfection. The customer service at Harold's was outstanding as well. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure that all my needs were met. The bartender also had some great drink options to complement the meal. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Harold's Shrimp and Chicken and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious food and excellent service.

We went into Harold's for the first time on a Wednesday night 730, and they had a couple of people inside waiting. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a smile and was told you can sit wherever you like and we will come take your order. We sat at the bar. The establishment is nice, clean, professional and the music was on point (R and B) old school. The bar area has T.V.'s so we watched the basketball game. We ordered 2 side cars' cocktails, and the young lady was very confident in her bar skills, and I loved it! Next, we ordered 12 wing, it comes with fries, 2 pieces of catfish with fries, 3 jumbo shrimp, fried okra, and Philly steak egg rolls. The egg rolls came out first fresh out the grease. Now them wings are WHOLE wings, NOT DRUMETTES, again fresh out the grease THEY ARE NOT like all the other places! The wings reminded me of my mother and grandmother frying wings. Everything was GREAT! I DO MEAN EVERYTHING! GO SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT, You will not regret it! Yes, it's Black owned, and I will be back! Disclaimer: we had already started eating before I took the pictures!!!

As a Chicago native, this Harold’s has special place in my heart while I’m here in Houston. The food is always fresh, they don’t take too long to make the food, a the mild sauce is spot on. My only con is that they put enough mild sauce on the chicken sometimes. So make sure you ask for extra mild sauce and lemon pepper if that’s how you like it.

I've been to this establishment 3 times already. The chicken is amazing. It's always fresh and hot. I've been told that it's cooked upon request which is about a 15 minute wait. I love that about them. I've always ordered when I was on my way to work and the smell from this chicken would always make me pull over just to take a bite and the chicken is seasoned very well through and through. It's crunchy, juicy, and mild sauce isn't to spicy (if you want spicier they have a spicy one). Definitely tastier than the typical fast food chains. I had tried them in Chicago, it was really good, after that I came back to Houston to try this location. Great flavor just like Chicago! Will be coming back for the juicy, crunchy, fall off the bone wings!

I wish I had taken pictures of my food but I was so hungry I just dug in!!! Every time I’m in Houston I stop here at least once for dinner. The food is seasoned to perfection!! I never have to add anything! They are consistent. Every time I come I get the same quality and deliciousness that I look forward to. The ladies at the counter always greet me with a smile and are so pleasant!!! If you haven’t been here I recommend you go, I always order take out but if you like to listen to music and groove while you eat by all means take a seat 😊

Highly Recommend!!! This was our first time trying Harold's and I'm glad we did. The atmosphere is so laid back and welcoming. Our server had a great personality and she was knowledgeable of their menu. Now let's talk about the food....HOT, FRESH, COOKED TO ORDER, AND WORTH EVERY PENNY YOU SPEND ON IT! Please do not sleep on this place, it truly is one of the best chicken restaurants we've gone to in a while. Don't walk, run to try it and soon!

I called in my order, and the employee taking my order was extremely polite and thorough. When I arrived, my food was hot and ready. I ordered the large catfish and wings combo, and it did not disappoint! Both the fish and wings were well seasoned. I had enough to share with my family, and they enjoyed it as well. I look forward to going back!
