The fries weren't that good compared to others. But overall an awesome service and good product

I ordered my food online, and when I got there, the food wasn't ready (it was a pretty big order). When I got there, the guy at the window was apologetic and very friendly. He asked me to pull to the front, and he would take my order to me. 5 minutes later, I had my food. Everything was hot and you could tell that it was freshly made. Definitely worth the wait.

We've had breakfast, lunch, and dinner items from Jack, not to mention in-between snacks, too; and everything has been DELICIOUS! Tacos are amazing; burgers are better than most. They also have an avocado with lime sauce that makes me want to lick the container! Give them a try.

I enjoyed my food. Miguel Angel Martinez and Julian are the go-to guy. They treated me with respect and made sure my order was right.

The food is always hot and good here, and the young man working the drive-thru window this evening was awesome! He was courteous and provided excellent customer service!

Super slow. Workers were super slow as well. No straws for our drinks . I asked if they offered a military discount and the employee just started at me. He looked so confused

The service and food was good. I just have to say this is the weirdest jack in box I have ever seen. Its so tiny and the restrooms are narrow and smaller than a prison cell. The exterior of the building looks like it hasn't been remodeled since the 70s or 80s lol. It doesn't bother me but I just found it so odd because I've never seen a jack in box like this one

I am so thankful I came to this location going to the other location off i10 was poor customer service but this location was very impressive with their customer service. Fabian was so nice and got my order correct my food was freshly made, fast and delicious!! I will definitely be coming back to this location
