Pizza Hut

If I could give 0 stars, I would. There was a roach baked into one of the olives on my supreme pizza. I returned both pizzas to the store, and the manager was rude and asked me, " So yall ate most of the pizza before yall noticed the roach?" Ummmm. How about being apologetic that there was a roach on the food at all and that there may be more...I didn't even get a refund but was told the manager would contact me in the morning. We'll see. I won't be returning, and I would not recommend this location at all.

I try to give them several chances over the past few YEARS, and they can’t seem to ever be able to deliver without long waits. Delivery fee $5, what a joke. Gave them a chance today, waited 90min for delivery and then was given the wrong pizza. They also gave me Root beer instead of the Pepsi i ordered. i Called and asked for a refund. Supposedly “Couldn’t” give me a refund but offered a credit. I then asked about them delivering the correct pizza. I was told no drivers except one. Terrible. Never never never doing business with this joke of a restaurant

I just ordered from this pizza hut yesterday. I don't know what sauce they used but it's NASTY! I ordered a pan pizza but got a regular pizza with thick dry crust. This was by far the worst pizza I've ever had. Made me so mad I through it away. My star is a negative 1 since I can't do zero. Ugh, puzza was just nasty and that crust was all wrong. Pan pizza crust is not that thick. Just order from a different location or go to a different pizza store altogether.

The food was good and fresh but the only thing that had me worried was that the cashier had no hair net on while walking around in the back where the food is being prepared and cooked at. Swinging and flipping her hair around. Thankfully there was no hair on my pizza but I can see it happening in the future if it hasn't happened already.

Ordered pizza online. Delivery time continued to rise. Called several times before someone answered to check on order. Was given less than pleasant communication on the phone. Decided to pick up food. Once I got home noticed pizza was missing toppings, wings did not have the requested sauce and they gave us the wrong desert. While I understand the climate we are in, I do believe there should be a stronger process. This falls on leadership. Update: the pizza was terrible. I normally finish the whole thing but I was unable to. The wings also were terrible. Ugh!

I am literally right around the corner from this particular pizza hut and still waiting on my order from 50min ago. Geesh....if I wasn't baking I would have picked up my order myself but being that the delivery fee is $5 I would expect when I received the text my order was on the way that it wouldn't take this long! Called the store and the person answered but never said hello and was talking in the background(ghetto) then I asked him about my order all he stated was it was on the way and hung up!!

This place is horrible, super late delivery and nasty attitudes! they charge for free items and make up prices. These people should be ashamed of themselves but I will never spend anymore money with Pizza Hut at this location again because this is the worst experience I ever had at a location followed by nasty attitudes like someone has to spend money with them. Never again ever will I and I hope they get what they deserve!
