Pho Ve Dem

First time eating pho noodle this late. On weekday they open until 1am and on Saturday, they open until 2am. Went there with my Dad and Wife for a late dinner. It was pretty good for pho that late. The broth beef ball, stripe, beef and pickle onion was good. Definitely a place to be if you feel like having a later pho noodle. 2 small bowls and 1 large bowl is $38. Oh, CASH ONLY!

Went twice in the past month. The Pho tasted great and the staff/service is also wonderful. It is also one of the only few spots where they're extra large size is actually an extra large. Menu items are mostly Pho (no Bahn mi, vermicelli or rice plates), but that doesn't affect the review. I do love how they stay open until midnight. They are cash only. Both times I went it felt like the AC wasn't on/it got quite hot inside, especially if we're drinking soup. The second time I went they used flat noodles instead of the ones usually used in Pho which I wasn't too much of a fan of.

Nice family pho place that’s open late. We order 2 pho, an appetizer spring rolls and a coconut drink. Everything were very good. The service was awesome and the place was clean. The only thing I wish that they have is more items in the menu besides Pho n spring rolls. I would still come back here for pho though.

This place serves some of the most delicious pho I've had in Houston. They have a unique offering where they serve a small bowl of fat on the side for you to add to your pho. There's no menu, so you have to tell them what you want to order. The bone marrow broth is also really good. Highly recommended if you're looking for great pho.
