Subway

This store and the one on Holcomb 2270..are owned by the same person! Ali license plate pictured below allows them to be disrespectful so they will talk to you crazy, tell you how they're going to make your food and don't care if you leave or not! They won't even given you the managers number, but they called a so called manager name Abdul or Ali who claims to own 37 stores! I will be contacting immigration and the Department of Labor! They played with the right one!!

Most of times order online and pick-up, it works fine. One time ordering online, when I arrived the store, one employee told me that they run out of steak and I tell them to give me anything equivalent. And they just give me a $6 sub for what I pay $8 for the cheese & steak sub. Second time, I buy four $25 gift card online to spent all on this store. Subway gave me four 6-inch free sub coupons. The promotion stand said I can use maximum 4 per order just in front of me, however the two employees said I can only use one and I have to pay the rest 3. Then I point the stand to them and ask if you and me both understand what it said why it is so hard to use the coupons. Then they said you need to wait for the manager. They said the manager is just around the corner and I wait 20 minutes the manager still not show up. Instead of just wasting my time, I checkout all without using the coupons. It is the coupon I pay to get, why it is so hard to use it here. Terrible service, totally waste of time here.

I was the only person in there needing service as they finished with the man at the register… they made me wait 9 minutes before they ask what I wanted… I got the daily special… I wanted lettuce but it looked so old I told her no… I ended up getting tomato,onions,black olives…my sandwich was basically slapped together. Drove 2 blocks to work grab my bag and the hole bag smelt sour… I open the sandwich the meat she used was spoiled meat…. They can NEVER get my business again….

I went to this restaurant to buy a sandwich and I had to use the restroom. Went to the restroom and it was so tissue. I really had to use the restroom so I asked the worker was there any tissue and she replied she don’t know and it ain’t her job to work in the restroom and up there. Which is rude! And she said she don’t know where tissue is. And gave me napkins which wasn’t an issue. Another issue was the other worker didn’t have a hat on and was making sandwiches with a cut finger. I explained this to a man who said he wasn’t the manager. He told me to go somewhere else and that they’re doing their best. And that’s exactly what I will do. He was VERY rude for no reason.

Place was horrible. Had to ask multiple times for things. Employees sat around with a huge line, they ripped us off on the portions. Half the meat and vegetables that were suppose to come with it. My family eats subway once a week and this is the worst location! Will not be returning. Employees were so rude! Calling corporate as soon as Im done with this review.

So where do I start I managed a subway for 4 years in my younger days ... I came here for lunchtime I walked in no one greeted me there were 2 workers one updating the menu and the other one standing at the register flirting with a customer I said hi I got no response from either one of them I stood there for 5 minutes the lady with the red lipstick who was the register just kept glancing over not saying anything the man she was flirting with said oh do you need to help her and she said no she could wait .... I walked out shaking my head and I haven't gone back went to the gyro place instead.
