I get the pics and commercials look way better than what we normally would get but come on. At least try. I didn't get crumbles and it looks like someone sat on my sandwich. This is not worth $5. First time trying and very disappointed. Ow the mayo I added.

Rating a fast food place is difficult, because you know what you're getting. Based, on the food, its what you can expect. Good or bad? Its fast food, you either like it or you don't.
I'm rating this a 3 because of poor customer service. I asked for the mini tacos with small fries and a drink. They gave me a price over the speaker box and it changed when I got to the window. They didn't ask me what kind of sauce I wanted and I forgot about the sauce. They just gave me some random flavor.
It was obvious that the lady at the window didn't want to be there. I said "thank you very much" when she handed me my food. I tried to make eye-contact. She didn't even look up and said "ok"... Really?
Anyway, if you like Jack in the Box and don't care for customer service, then stop by.

Ordered the loaded breakfast sandwich meal. This is what the hashbrown looked like when I took it out of bag. Called jack in the box and a guy answered the phone very nonchalant, didn't even care about how they cooked my food. Never go back there again. Only because whataburger was closed. Now I know why I don't eat at jack I'm the box. Awful food and service

This is one of the rudest Jack in box I've ever been to you can try and be polite, but it will be to no gain. And the food here is made with the same treatment the guest are given. Management needs more training so that the staff can be better. Long wait times is a very normal thing

The drive thru line was long, so we went inside. They were welcoming and fast. Order was great and even got a recommendation. Also we were offered to be shown how to use the new coke machine. Honestly one of my favorite visits to any JIBs ever. Kudos to this store!

I showed up at this location at 3am on 4/30/22 and the drive thru woman say “we aren’t taking any orders” no sign and the staff there. Hmmm I find it weird that you are turning down money if I had the time I would’ve went to Whataburger next door because they are taking all of the business since these ghetto employees act like they don’t want to be there and is turning down the customers I strongly think whoever runs this establishment should really start cleaning house

Not only is the food badly cooked, but the way the manager treats their people? I cannot come back because of my morals. idk how true it is, but I over heard the workers saying she shaves off hours from their check, like really?? That's low, but she looks shady either way, their drinks taste nasty like they don't wash it daily and it's a hit and miss on how clean their grease is, some fries and hashbrown come out tasting old!! Who ever is running this place, needs to do better

Drive thru is awful. Took 15 minutes and wasn't busy. Got my order wrong, basically paid $10 for a large soda, fries, and an inedible thing resembling a burger.
