Mcdonald's

We went thru the drive thru and ordered a Big Mac meal, two nugget meals, a caramel frappe and a plain cheeseburger. When we arrived at the window to pick up the order, we were missing the Big Mac meal. Looking at the receipt, she did not ring us up for it. And the lady that gave us the order said she couldnt take the order for the missing meal. She had me pull forward where I waited over 5 mins. I parked and went inside and placed the order for the missing Big Mac meal. I waited quite a bit for the Big Mac meal and even asked about it twice. When I got the meal I went back to my car and took the meals home to my kids. The two nugget meals were cold by now. And when we opened the Big Mac meal THE BIG MAC HAD MAYONNAISE INSTEAD OF BIG MAC SAUCE. What the heck! I took pictures. I called the store and the number just rings. We do not eat mayonnaise so we had the throw them Big Mac away and split the cold nugget meals between the three of them. Which was not enough for the three of them. So now I have am out the money for the meal and still have hungry kids. I usually dont complain like this but this experience was just horrible. Im so disappointed.

Went here did a large order, short notice, the food was drive thru, got it, went home and then discovered part of the order was missing. It was my own fault given the situation I shouldve known better to check for all of it becuase they were busy. Called the location, they apologized and told me i could come back that night or the next day. Didnt wind up needing everything i ordered so went back the next day and they gave me the missing items with no hassel and even threw in some extra fries. The place is always clean, never had a bad experience with staff, and foods always hot.

Stopped by to pick up breakfast at the drive-thru. Service was fast and friendly. The Big Breakfast Platter was tasty-- sausauge, eggs, biscuit, pancakes and hash browns all were good. It has been a while since I have had Mcdonalds breakfast items and this met my expectations. Had some coffee while driving but I want to have McDonald's breakfast again and then I will try McDonald's coffee, too.

For the most part I love this location, but today I was disappointed when I ordered my double quarter pounder meal to my surprise it was under cooked am not sure if this was a special order that was given to me by mistake but I was not pleased here is a picture. I had to trash my food could eat anymore.
