I typically don't review a restaurant before eating at it, but this restaraunt had the worst customer service. The waitress cares more about cleaning the dining room than serving a paying customer. I had to ask if I seat myself or if I need to order at counter, she begrudgingly said "i can help you at the counter" - she was super not interested in helping a paying customer. I was being super pleasant and nice towards her too, but still she seemed more focused on getting her cleaning done instead of helping me. The food is marginal, nothing to call home about.

Came for lunch Tuesday. You’d think a restaurant with 4.1 stars would have AC. Very uncomfortable, won’t be returning. The pizza was OK (thick crust) but it was seriously like 90 degrees inside. The entire kitchen and counter staff were sweating bullets. Not sure it is legal. Reported to my cousin who works for OSHA after I left.

Really close to giving this great place 5 stars. But the only reason not to is every once in a while there’s a loud irritating customer. Why is that holding back a star from the business? Cause this place is a cozy close atmosphere. Which is a plus for it for sure. But on a packed night it’s hard to enjoy the quaintness. In the local area I can honestly say they have the BEST pizza. Good selection of wine and nice dessert to top it off. They have a full Italian menu worth trying. And great end of the week local stop to carb load for the weekend. The deliver or you can take out as well.

First time I've been here and it was the most promising Italian place in the area, but I am not convinced that I want to come back. Here is why: There are multiple doors that lead into the restaurant with no apparent indication of an official entrance, but beyond that it's impossible to judge how much to tip while paying before service. I tipped 20% out of courtesy, but the entire service was apatethic to say the least. No rude staff, but just not energetic or friendly and didn't feel welcomed. Next, please bring appetizers before anything else. I received bread, salad, and main course (that were delicous by the way) before brushetta (also amazing). It's just that most people want appetizers because they are supposed to be ready first. Finally, dessert was never delivered until requested and although it became apparent that the dessert was prepared, just not brought to the table. Luckily I received the tiramisu and cannoli, but did not get to enjoy them at the restaurant. I believe at the very least customers should expect great service for paying up front, or expect to experience a lack of service (like I did) and be afforded the opportunity to pay last and give best deserved tip. Pros: Great food. Thank you cooks. Great interior decoration. Cons: Did not get appetizer first, did not feel welcomed, miscommunication between the staff and I seemed to develop due to ineffective customer service.
