Amazing! I haven’t had fried chicken in years, and was hesitant to come to a KFC after so many bad experiences. This one is cleaner, fully stocked on cups, lids, straws, napkins, sweeteners, etc.! The staff are really friendly and exceptionally hospitable when it came to asking for refills on iced tea and to-go boxes. The chicken was hot and crispy, very juicy and fresh, the mashed potatoes were also prepared perfectly, and their signature brown gravy gave me nostalgia. Top tier when it comes to fast food fried chicken; some of these reviews seem to only be focusing on things the employees cannot control.

I have to update on my last two visits in the last month. It looks like some of the old staff is back and the service has improved. The chicken quality has returned and who I believe to be the owner at the window was very polite and efficient. I give him credit for seeing the need for change.10/26 I used to visit this location quite often since I’m the weekly cook and I want a change to our menu. There appears to be a change in ownership and definitely a change in staff. The chicken is no where near as tender and the size of some pieces are smaller. Time for a change.
