Jack In The Box experience for this store the attendant was prompt and ready the behavior of the worker's was we as to be expected being that there was only to staff members pushing out all the orders with only two ppl working, I worked fast food under staffed under the same circumstances and honey's let me tell you it is not easy I have them a five on prompt and readiness but I wanted to see the attitude of the drive thru cashier being overwhelmed within this situation she handled herself very professionally I liked that so if your in the area and want a bite take the time out and check them out 🥰😘

This restaurant is always good in my book! The customer service is awesome! The employees are are always smiling & greeting customers as if they have been knowing them for years! They make sure that your order is precisely made to perfection. The food is always hot, fresh & out to you in an accurate amount of time. The outside is always clean & clear of debris. Even though I always order my food on the inside, I tend to listen & watch how the employees are getting their orders out through the drive thru. They treat the outside customers as well as they treat their inside customers. Always a quick customer service experience both ways! Thank you 😊 Jack n the Box for making my times great times! I couldn't have it any other way!!!

I'm super disappointed with my experience here today. The time frame of placing my order to receiving it was extremely long. Once I made it to the window I noticed the worker didn't have her mask covering her face because she was EATING of all things! When I received my order I noticed my kids meal didn't have the fries and she told me she would get them. She brings them back to the window out in the open with no bag. I actually sat there to eat my food. When I open my bag what do I see, HAIR! The customer service is unacceptable regardless of it not being in one of the better parts of the city. Management definitely needs to do better. UPDATE: I've noticed a change with this business over the past year. Service is much better. The workers are more pleasant and the food is fresher. Management is doing a really good job!
