Mcdonald's

Definitely the best Mcdonald's on this side of town. The one on Uvalde sucks and that says a lot bc I was born and raised in 5th ward and even they have better service that Uvalde location. Then the one on Mercury could be better too. Very professional and haven't been wronged by them yet. Just definitely busy. So make sure to check to see when their busy hours are on google.

Went drive-thru but the service was quick and the frappes were cold so kudos to the Sunday a.m / noon shift workers at the windows. Those ladies were awesome. We paid our order to the first Lady and then the One lady was outside the drive thru window was nice enough to hand us our 2 large mocha frappe's. The time from when we pulled up got done completely and drove away was quick more than I thought it would have been when I saw all the cars in the drive through. There was probably 12 cars in line but they were quick and efficient and deserve recognition for that.

The service was okay !! Except there should be a lobby person for cleaning tables making them always available to customers also the restrooms could use some more attention there is many customers that pass thru this restaurant so restroom needs to be top priority.. other than that Mc Donald’s is still one the best

Loooved my experience today! The workers speak in a friendly polite manner which I appreciate deeply. For me, it doesn't matter where you work or how others see you for it, if you give great customer service it really goes a long way. There's people in more "prestigious" roles & they are horrible in giving good customer service. Thank you!!

My experience was outstanding today, Kudos to the manager and staff! I placed a mobile order, a breakfast, arrived late (my fault) and unfortunately they were no longer serving breakfast at the moment and the order did not go through. While I was not expecting anything, the manager addressed me directly and apologized for the inconvenience, I was almost driving away when he insisted and give me a free meal as a compensation. I wasn't expecting that!

My Experience at Metro P.C.S. was the best I've had issues with my account being actually I stolen and Corporate office was not trying to help me. Well I have an Angel in my Metro PC's Manager at Hopper and Aldine Westfield her name is Cindy, she remembered me and my purchases and went to bat for me. Cindy and her employees are always kind and courteous and make sure you get all the Metro deals and rebates. Cindy is hands up the Best Manager Ever.
