Sonic Drive-in

I’m not sure wth happened to this sonic! It’s so disgusting and the people who work here are so rude! My food was very cold, only 1 part of my meal had mustard & hard crunchy black stuff! My 5 year old can do better! What happened to the happy employees that use to be here now just a bunch of rude individuals!

Unfortunately the drive up pay service was down. I felt bad because I couldn't leave a tip for my waitress, who deserved it. I wish they would fix the ability to pay at the individual pull up stations. Please fix this so that we can leave a tip, if the customer doesn't have cash. They also don't have a spot to leave a tip on the receipt, that makes no sense at all.

Avoid the drive through at all costs. The last 2 times I’ve been here, they’ve forgotten about me in line after telling me they’ll “be with you in a moment”. The servers seem annoyed most of the time, which is understandable when I’m sure they’re getting paid poorly and have to put up with jerks all day. However, the drive through crew always seems disorganized and confused about orders (assuming it’s taken at all.) The food and drinks are fine, but it’s just never an enjoyable experience coming here.

Took 10 minutes for my food to be brought out, but they gave me the wrong order! I then watched them give the order I returned straight to someone else, despite me having opened and touched it. Plus they didn't have any coin change for me, and they didn't give me a straw until I walked to the store. Also, the toaster bread isn't toasted. It's just warm. Talk about a disappointment.

Worst place to go for any food. I was on the Drive thru line for a while. Once I order my food I waited for the people in front of me to get their order right. At the window I get my order and of course it was wrong. I let the drive thru personnel about the order, she wasn’t to please then she gives it to me wrong again I notice I didn’t get a receipt. That’s when everything came to place on my mind when you don’t get a receipt you have to memorize the order in order to avoid making a full transaction with the register. I will never go to this location again
