I placed a call at 8:58pm and I spoke with Anthony I told him I was on the way and was going to get there after closing. He still allowed me to place the order and waited for m.. Super kudos. Great job!

I came in late Halloween night. The staff was happy to see me and the food was great! Thanks for taking care of us! Ordered the new BBQ sandwich and giant veggie sandwich.

It was my first time to Jimmy John's and I loved it! I had the roast beef on wheat with dijon. Everything was perfectly fresh! Yum! I love a good sandwich!

I have never had a bad experience here. I have also order delivery on multiple occasions and they never missed a thing. Everytime I pick up they are friendly and kind.

The food is good and the customer service is not the best. sometimes great depending on who helps you but some employees are very rude and distasteful. Over all I love Jimmy Johns as a sandwich shop but I had an incident with this particular location. I live and work about a mile and a half (6 minute drive) from this store and about 3 miles (12 minute drive) from another location. I called this one to see if they could deliver to my job but I was told I was in a grey area for delivery meaning no Jimmy Johns delivers to my home nor job. After I was told that information I was told a specific driver would deliver to me if I gave him an exceptional tip. I said okay yeah sure ill give him a larger tip for delivering to me although I am in a grey area. The woman took my order, address, and my card information and placed my order. I asked for her name and the drivers name so in the future i’d know who to speak to when I wanted delivery. I was only on break which is an hour so after about 50 minutes of waiting I called back and advised them to just cancel the order considering I would have no time left to eat. Within the same week I had card fraud. Someone had paid their electricity bill and ordered over $60 worth of Pizza Hut using my card. I closed my card and had a new one sent. I called the electricity company that charged my account and they were able to give me the name of the person that paid their bill which was Ashley Brown, the same person who took my order that never came at Jimmy Johns. This made me no longer want to eat at this location knowing one of the managers used my personal information to purchase food and pay bills.

I love this location. I've only had one issue here...almost got into a car accident with a driver..but I went in and talked to the manager and he comped me a free meal. Other than that I've always had a wonderful experience here! Love the workers, the managers, everyone Is always so nice and quick!
