Waited for more than an hour and my order was never delivered. When I called they said the driver was on the way and it would arrive in 15 minutes. Called back and they were closed. If they weren’t going to do it they should’ve just said that. This is the reason why I always end up getting pizza from DOMINOS or PIZZA PATRON because this is not the first time this happens. Bad service!!!

Ordered pizza, wings, and a drink. I did not receive my drink. I called twice they said they would send it and I still have not received it. Zero stars for poor customer service. Give me a refund or bring me my drink.

My pizza was ice cold when I received it. It took over 2 hours for my pizza to be delivered and the store is 1.6 miles from my house. Faster delivery and hot pizza would be awesome. $25 dollar for what I received was very disappointing

Pre-ordered pizza & Cinnabon at 6pm for 7pm delivery didn't arrive until 7:50. Driver was nice & explained about other driver delay but pizza was super cold. I paid 28 dollars for a cold meat lovers. Pizza hut you owe me a meat lovers!

If I could give zero I would. I was charged 3x for same order and still have yet to be refunded. I have made contact by email and phone and still have yet to have this handled. Sad it has been over a week. Absolutely worst customer service ever. The Pizza Hut company should be ashamed and honestly can't believe they are still even operating this location or any location at this point. Will never use Pizza hut at any location ever again. This has gone beyond failure of a location this is a failure of the company itself.

As I was playing outside with my daughter I watched the driver drive past my house three times before delivering my pizza. I also had to call the store to who informed that she had left It took over an hour for my pizza to arrive and it was lukewarm and the box was extremely soggy.

I waited more than an hour for my order and the manager at this location was rude. I will never go back to this location.
Thanks for the response Pizza Hut but it is not the first time I call or email about this place and it just keeps getting worse. You have competition across from you Domino's and I have ordered from them and it was great. Fast and great customer service. We personally like Pizza Hut over any Pizza place but this location might as well be getting food from a gas station at least I'll be in and out.

Pizza was over an hour late. So late I had to call and check to see if they had somehow cancelled my order. I received no call nor text that my order would be late. Had made different plans for dinner. Once pizza came, it went into the refrigerator cause there was no need for it at that time
