Papa John's Pizza

Been ordering here for the last few weeks because I like their pizza but it always comes cold. Ordered at 6:15 PM this time, the pizza left the store at 6:39 PM, and I got it at 7:25 PM. The girl taking the order could NOT get it right. I don't blame her as she was clearly overwhelmed. And every time I order, I get a different price for the same exact pizza. I also ordered extra garlic butter sauce but of course, I didn't get that either. So another microwaved $23 pizza. Nothing like soggy, microwave pizza. YUCK!! I guess they can't get enough people to work for minimum wage to satisfy their business requirements.

Rude and Unprofessional Have been a customer from this Papa Johns for over 3 yrs, had some bad experiences before but nothing to severe as today. Unfortunately this time we are by far more “upset” not to use foul language. We ordered online and it did mentioned over an hour which is fine knowing is Memorial Day weekend (Monday 7:30 PM Ordered). It was 9PM no delivery yet so we called and “Manager” male said on delivery, then again called at 9:30PM said on delivery said if not delivered in the next 10 minutes we want to cancel order. 9:55PM we called to cancel order the male “Manager” said “Not my problem I’m off the clock let me get you someone.” Then the (Teenage) “Manager” said she could not cancel charge due to NOT KNOWING HOW TO USE CREDIT CARD MACHINE! Needless to say pizza got delivered at 10PM Then they forget all accessories ordered to and we live 3 minutes from store, she said it would take at least 20minutes. Not worth the hassle for pizza anymore. Great taste yes, but POOR CUSTOMER SRVICE! We will miss the pizza but its not worth the hassle with the employees answering the phone or unprofessional “Managers”. Needless to say we will no longer be purchasing from this location and possibly from the franchise.

We will NEVER order from here again. We waited well over 2 hours and when the pizza did arrive, it was cold. I called to cancel before the pizza arrived and I was told by a very rude and obnoxious manager that "we don't give refunds" Bridgette is a poor excuse for a manager. She was yelling and hung up on me multiple times. Corporate kindly refunded us and heard our concerns. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!!! PS They don't even deserve 1 star.

I guess you have to give it a star to post your review. I literally ordered a pizza at 7:30pm, it is now 9:31pm..still no pizza. I called the store to see if they could tell me where my pizza was, and at first they couldn't even find my order because they had my phone number wrong. Then I asked if they could look it up by name, he said that wasn't possible. Then I asked about finding it by my address, he said it would take a while. I said I would wait...after 5 minutes of huffing and dead air, he said my pizza left the store 5 minutes ago. No apology for poor service, he just hung up. Extremely disappointed, and my kids are hungry.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE location. I ordered @ 730pm on a Monday night, the order did not arrive till after 9. When the order said it was on it's was at 8:17pm I called the location @ 8:50pm and spoke to the manager cocoa. She wasn't very friendly and told me the tracker wasnt accurate, and couldnt tell me anything of to where my order was. I had asked since its been on it's way for over 30 minutes would it be cold when it arrived. I was told no. I called back 5 minutes later for aarefund and to cancel my order, she told me that she didn't want to void it and make her register short and I would have to wait till the driver arrived and have him call her if I declined the order then she would refund me. When it finally arrived i just kept it and when i placed it on the counter it was super COLD. Complete wasn't of money. Worst experience ever. And after reading all the reviews this morning I know that I wasn't the first one to have an issue.

Ordered on a Saturday at 9:56pm, estimated delivery time was 32-42 minutes. Called at 10:56 for an update, guy who answered was very rude and said actually delivery time is 1:00-1:15 minutes and all my deliveries are out already. I checked online and status said pizza was boxing, so false information online. Pizza didnt arrive until 11:30, it was cold and burnt. Terrible service. I wish i could give less than 1 star.

I just ordered pizza here for the first time and they were an hour late. When the driver came, he wasn't friendly at all and the pizza was cold to the point I had to reheat it. It looks, tastes and feels like it's an old pizza. Very disappointing. I also called the store about how long it was taking and whoever picked up was rude.
