The jerk chicken is amazing and the cabbage is flavorful. The rice and peas is what you expect it’s just a side to the main component of the dish you get. Sadly every time I’ve been the atmosphere has been dead. It hasn’t been lively as this place should be when again I’ve been. The boy working in the front is always on point. The place is always clean when I go. I think out of some the Caribbean food I’ve tried, this is top 4. Only complaint I have is my coco bread was soft, fluffy one day then the next I went it was hard as a brick. Besides that no other issues with anything!

Oddly, this restaurant is coming up as a hotel when trying to review rather than a restaurant. It’s categorized right, ol’ Google AI malfunctioning again… Friendly staff, ample portions. The jerk chicken was perfect. They put bbq on it, doesn’t need it. Let that jerk seasoning shine on it’s own! Will order without next time. The beans and rice are flavorful and not dry. The cabbage was perfect. Fried plantains are always a treat. Definitely a recommend on this one folks!

I had to stop mid plate to review in case I forgot again!! I stop in at least every other week to get a taste of the islands. I was born in Trinidad so I’ll let you know the real deal. The Rasta pasta is the best pasta I’ve ever eaten in my life…hands down. It’s so flavorful and they give you so much meat and the portion is so big that you have enough for 2 days! Everything is authentic, there has to be a smoke pit somewhere on the premises cause the jerk chicken is the truth! The rice and peas and cabbage are also amazing! If you’re craving authentic Caribbean food you have to go to Island Flavorz!!

Good music playing as soon as you come to the building. The inside was nice with a bar and small stage for various events they have (karaoke, party, etc). The oxtail, salmon, Mac & cheese were well seasoned. Rasta pasta was good but very creamy and the rice taste was not a fresh batch. Other than that the food was good and would come back.

I love this place. The food never disappoints. The servings are enough for 2-3 people to eat off of. Everything is seasoned! You get exactly what you pay for! The atmosphere is very laid back with great music playing. The banana bread is amazing!!! Rasta pasta with salmon is one of the best I've tasted.

We recently came to brunch and ordered the Jerk Chicken with rice / beans and plantains, Oxtail, and Curry Goat. My son had a beef patty. I also had their passion fruit mimosa which I believe was bottomless. Everything was delicious and piping fresh hot from the kitchen. My jerk wings were crisp on the outside and juicy in the inside and the flavor was mm mmm good! Also the service was very nice. Can’t wait to come back.
