Pita Pit - Katy

Great food and even greater service! I came in today not expecting much. However, from the moment I walked in I was met with kindness and professionalism from the staff. The food was delicious and brighten my day. I plan on coming back every Sunday. The young man working behind the counter was very proficient and professional at his job.

Just wanted to share my experience with this place. I came in today on a sunday afternoon for the first time, not knowing what to get since their was a wide variety of options . Not only did the worker working there demonstrate excellent customer service, but he helped explain to me what the most popular options were, along with the diffrent combo options. Overall the experience was great, food was delish and I will definitely return for the steak fajita pita.!

We went there for the first time Saturday afternoon. I have to tell you the owner took her order and cooked it. Super nice guy. We enjoyed our food and had a very pleasant experience. The restaurant was clean and so where the restrooms. There's a lot of variety in this restaurant, it is majority Mediterranean Pita style food.

I met Nick Patel at this Pita Pit. He greeted us with a smile, and was very patient and courteous throughout our ordering process. He was very knowledgeable of his menu, provided unique recommendations for myself and my brother who have different eating habits. He allowed us to customize our order. He treated us as if we were family. The cook was a gentleman and was also all smiles. He prepared our food quickly and it was delicious! I highly recommend this Pita Pit location. We thought Nick was a simple cashier, however by the end of our conversation, we found out he was the owner. A hands on owner knew his menu in detail, I must give him a round of applause. We are definitely coming back. Thank you Nick for turning an ugly day upside for us!

The young lady who was by herself today (Saturday November 4th around 11:30am) was incredible. She was doing her best to take orders and make orders. And even though we had to wait, she did it with a smile. Once more coworkers they were just as nice and helpful. Definitely returning. Oh yeah and the food was amazing!
