Chick-fil-a

Great location with fast service which is important for a downtown location. However it is very important to note that this is a chick fil a EXPRESS. That means you can’t use a gift card or the app to pay, and you won’t earn rewards for your purchase. It’s lonely set up this way to keep the speed required for the location but it’s important to know this beforehand. If you’re in downtown and you are wanting to pay via gift card or app I recommend the chick fil a in Houston Center. It’s a bit of a walk from here, but is a full service chick fil a.

The food at this Chick-Fil-A is equally as good as most free standing locations and they are super efficient. They do a great job serving the huge number of people that come each day during lunch. Unfortunately the customer service is lack-luster compared to the exceptional service that Chick-Fil-A has made us all accustomed to. Basically high quality fast food that you’d expect but with McDonalds-esque service.

How can anyone have anything bad to say about this place? Busy..... yes but that is no fault of the restaurant. They have always got the best and fastest service. I accidentally ordered something wrong because I wasn't paying attention to the menu and they gave me what I was actually wanting at no extra charge. Who does that? Definitely not any other fast food place.

The service is fast, the staff is very friendly and highly organized. Food quality is on par with any Chik-Fil-A. It is an express location, so the menu doesn't have all the options, but the standard salads and sandwich meals are still there. Some features (like paying via an app or ordering online) are not available at this location. But it can't be beat for location and quality of service.
