Chick-fil-a

I Love Chick-Fil-A but I never sat inside to eat ever at any location, but on this cold cool evening I decided to eat inside to get some soup and a shake after leaving the Dentist. I had Service from the Director Mr Chap he was smooth with his service and had a great smile to go with the vibe. He checked on everyone and everything dinning in once he got to my table he came over asked if we needed anything and how was the food once we said It was Great we then got caught off guard he took our tray and dumped it. Even my hubby said now thats a Gentleman You guys at this location is the bomb but as a company they know how service is supposed to be Thanks to All and Happy Holidays Love ya Mr. Chap 💕😊

This is really more of a review for the manager than the actual restaurant itself. With that said, during the absolute chaos of my daughter’s school’s spirit night, the manager/director Mr Wade, aka “Champ”, was super friendly, attentive, and calm and made sure I was taken care of after I had to go request the rest of my missing food. Anyway, great experience with management 10/10 🙏🏻

Quick drive thru, but employees need a bit more training on collecting payments. 1st person took my c/c as payment, which went through. I get notifications of card transactions. Then another worker, in the same line, stated that " Aww, it didn't go through." I had double charges on my card. Pissed me off, but it was disputed and refunded.

Always on point but I did notice there was not any attendants. Walk around. Asked him what you like more Coke. Would you like a cup of ice? Would you like ketchup so I guess you guys cut that out cause they don't assist. They were talking while they were behind the counter. They should work on that that looks very unprofessional and there were some team members, you know, managers too, but I just don't feel like they should be talking why customers are waiting for their order, and then you go to the table and there's no one to say. Would you like more Coke which you like more ice? That's something that really, really, really needs to be worked out soon as possible.

This is easily the best chick fil a in the greater Houston area. While it can be incredibly busy like when I came today, they are always fast and helpful. I’ve been coming to this location for the better part of 7 years and they’ve always been fantastic and quick to fix anything if it is wrong. Absolutely lovely location and can’t wait to come back!
