WORST SERVICE EVER, I order a APPLE PECAN SALAD along with other items once I drove up to the window I was told that my food was still cooking so if we could pull forward and they would bring it out, before pulling forward I paid in cash and was told that they didn't have 24 cents to give me back in change I said ok forget keep it, but if you could put ketchup in the bag. Once the food came out and brought to my vehicle I checked my sald the lettuce was old apples turning colors and there was NO PECANS apparently they ran out of PECANS and was no told and also they had not vinaigrette dressing and not told when the order was placed also no ketchup in the bag. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was to busy that he could not help me and according to the employee they said " I just work here I don't know whats going on" . I asked for a full refund and will NO LONGER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.

Worst service ever..... hands down.... asked for a salad and and it was nasty and old it suppose to come with pecans and didn't put them in the salad... we pay with cash and they tell me that they don't have change. Then I ask for a specific dressing and they give me what ever they want to give me. Then I decided to get my money back and the ask for the receipt they never even gave me just like my change. Zero stars if It was posible. They need close this Wendy's down

I go to pick up some food and i order the grilled chicken, bacon, avocado, muenster cheese sandwich combo with NO tomato. I leave and head to the bank 15 minutes away near my house and figured I would eat then. What I got was a sad excuse for a meal and absolutely not what I ordered. My sandwich had a piece of chicken on it the size of a chicken strip and the ONLY things on this sandwich were tomatoes and wilted lettuce. When I called to speak to them about this twice nobody picked up. I wrote to corporate online as well and haven't heard back. I paid 10.15 for a chicken strip. Highly disappointed. The ketchup packets they gave me were also sticky with a brown residue and stuck together. Disgusting.

Breakfast was cold and nasty. Coffee was cold. It look like they took one strip of bacon and broke it into three pieces and put on the baconator breakfast sandwich, mind you it was supposed to be 6 pieces of bacon. Then they forgot to give me the orange juice that I ordered with the honey butter chicken biscuit. The guy that took my order was nice. He was taking money and then going to the back to help prepare food. I guess he was the manager, I heard him constantly telling the team to focus. There were 5 people working two red shirts and three black shirts. The lady working drive through was running from drive thru to front counter to give customers their order. The service was really slow. The youngest guy there couldn't identify a large cup. They need to change the oil they cook the food in. I will not return for breakfast. Gave 2 stars for cleanliness and nice customer service.
