Alison was great. She was polite and friendly. Their medium tots has 16 tots. I expected more for my $3. I'm not doing that again.

Overall I like this Sonic location. The staff are always friendly and my order is always accurate. However occasionally it takes a long time for an order. I was there once this week and it took nearly 8 minutes for just a drink. That’s not consistent but worth noting.

Food is fine, but every time I go, I try to order a bag of ice and am informed that the ice machine is broken or having issues and they can't provide bag ice. This is the closest Sonic to my house but I have to buy ice at work and bring it in my cooler. I know it's a niche complaint but after about 10 times over the years you stop believing it's the machine and start thinking they just don't want to provide it.

Website stated it closed at 12 midnight on a Saturday. We went at 11:15pm and the guy inside with his co-worker's were quick to get on the intercom and state that they are closed. Lights were still on and three other cars drove up. They refused to service anyone. Very disappointing as they seemed to just be clowning around inside.

We had to keep repeating our order and correcting the guy when he put something different on the screen. Then we waited for over 15 minutes watching other people that came after us get their orders. We had to press the order button to tell them they never brought our order. Another few minutes pass and finally we got our food. Most of the time we were waiting the staff was just standing around hanging out and then a fight broke out between a customer and a worker.

We love to stop on a hot day for a quick treat. If you have the app you get half off on slush’s and random deals on food. My family loves the cherry slush with cherry fruit. 😉
