Put in a request for gas logs on Tuesday evening, they responded Wednesday morning and by Thursday I had brand new gas logs installed. I was able to communicate with the installer easily via text. Prices were considerably better than one of their competitors with higher ratings and install was free of charge. The installer was super friendly, installed everything in under 30min and answered all our questions. Super pleased with the start to finish experience.

When I bought a house, I noticed that the gas fireplace wouldn't light. So I looked around for gas service dealer companies. Calling SW Grill and Light, they showed up for the appointment on time, with a great model gas fireplace insert and got it installed and tested and has been working great - it really came in handy to help heat the living room during the Polar Vortex when the power was out, to have a room with a gas fireplace insert working! And the insert looks great when lit, even down to the glowing steel wool, looks like a real fire, it's great ! Be ready if the power is out in winter and you can have a gas fireplace insert option!

I had a great experience with this company from sales to installation. Gas logs look awesome and I had doors installed too. The doors were not lining up well and they took the time to make adjustments until it all worked and looked right. They showed me how to operate everything and were very friendly. The value of my house just went up!

At Southwest we found a gas log set-complete with grate, pan, glowing embers, lava rocks and real wood looking logs for a GREAT price! I shopped all over Houston, including at Fireplace Man up the road ( twice the price) at the big box stores and even online but this was the best value for money and included installation!!! The owner Mary was very helpful and pleasant and today ( 3 days later) they came out and installed our new fireplace on time as scheduled. They educated us on how to use the new fireplace logs and on safety too. We are VERY happy with the price, service and overall experience!!
