It was a pleasant place and I liked the ambiance of it. There is a serving staff member named Elva who is a very professional and friendly person to deal with. The ordering and serving process is really quick and there is no need to wait at all. We will definitely be back there again in the future. In spite of the fact that the parking space is not vast, there is still enough space for everyone.

I was at this location a few minutes ago. There is a young man in a management position. This young man will go far in this organization and in life. His attention to detail and customer service were monumental. Not to mention this restaurant was immaculate. The service was great and the reason we came, the food was good as ever. All a reflection on the Mgr. and the organization. 5 stars.

The food was hot and good. Always good during lunch rush. Not so during non peak times. Double cheeseburger, no ket/mus added lettuce, and a Big Mac sauce packet. Always hated wasting food by discarding middle bread in the past. I'm glad you can purchase the sauce now.

Use the drive thru. Employees always friendly! I’ve been going to this McDonald’s since about 1986, when my kids were small. Now I take my grandkids! Just love this McDonald’s, the Dr. Pepper is the best!! When they are in town, this is the first place they want me to take them to, for their happy meal and a blue raspberry slushy!

I stop here a lot while out walking the dog and I check out in the curbside parking ( without a car) because I obviously can’t bring my chiweenie inside and the staff is always friendly and accommodating… food is as good as can be expected from McDonald’s so they get five stars for customer service

I went to the McDonald's on Bellaire and I thought I was gonna have to wait in a long drive-through line during the busiest time for breakfast it only took me 3 minutes or less to order pay and get my food hot ,fresh and delicious. Now to note (the Little Thing) that gave this Mc Donald's its 5 stars, I asked for a second syrup to go with my Homestyle Breakfast meal & they didn't charge me $.50 for a extra one, they made it a No problem thing.
