Chicken alfredo here is delicious. Juanito the manager ensures quality and customer satisfaction. Make sure you get there early, it can get quite busy during lunch rush hour (noon-130pm)

Great service ! Love the area and the food was delicious 🤤 Cheap on the go food is always the key when you have a 1 hour lunch break.The gentleman there are so kind and have good customer service. They also accept restaurant.com coupons as well FYI . But I will be coming back most definitely 😋🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My friends and I saw this place featured on a Tik Tok and decided to give it a try! The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the concept of being able to make your own pasta bowl. The price is reasonable as well. I got the pesto sauce and it was not my favorite but I liked that I was able to add burrata on top, so yummy. I’d come back to try out some more of their different ingredients!

While visiting Understory, decided to give this place a shot. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the concept of customizing your own pasta bowls! Food was great! Would recommend!
