Pizza Hut

If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! I ordered online and requested delivery. I call 45 minutes later to check on my order the guy who answered said it should be there by 10-15 minutes. I wait another hour and called to speak to the manager they place me on a 20 minute hold. I than hang up and call again and ask to speak to the manager the manager (Chris) answers the phone in a rude and disrespectful way as if he is yelling at me. As I'm explaining that it was a delivery order he begins arguing with me that it's a carryout than tells me word for word oh no I'm not playing with you.. and hangs up in my face. Not only did I wait for about 2 hours to even try to get pizza but he hangs up in my face. HORRIBLE UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! So disappointed in pizza hut guess I'll be ordering from Dominios from now on. Funny thing is I decided to read the reviews and he has done it before to another customer I don't know why he's still a Manager.

When you order from Pizza Hut you know what you're getting. Most of the time. You know you're going to get pretty good pizza but nothing incredible. My problem here wasn't with the pizza or the delivery time. Which is a whole other issue, I know these drivers are all over the place so I can't blame them. But a pizza should never arrive luke warm. Especially when the place is only 3.1 miles from my house. My main problem was with the wings I ordered. I believe I paid $14 for 16 pieces, which I would consider fair. What I don't agree with is that seven of the wings were no bigger than the size of the mushrooms on my pizza. I did not realize Pizza Hut added popcorn chicken to their menu. Ridiculous. I can only blame myself, I should've known better than to order wings from a pizza place. Especially one claiming to be more than just that, a pizza place. On that note. I think there's a Domino's right down the street from me.

They take forever and never answer the phone. Order curbside and you still have to go inside. The order shows ready on the app, but once you go inside they’ll hit you with the “5 more minutes”. I’ve been here several time and it’s the same issue. This last visit you could hear & see the worker arguing about not having the food ready and one person telling the other “we can’t, they already paid for it” im going to need y’all to get it together

Please don’t come here! Got a carry out order, got home and we found a ROACH in the dough. Just disgusting and unsanitary!!! Workers were not wearing uniform either. They had the company’s shirt on and either sweatpants or shorts on. Just unprofessional!!!! Came back to the store and complained about the roach that we found and the manager did not apologize! Makes me think this is normal for them!! NEVER coming back!!!!!
